COVID Protocols

To protect our clients and our staff a few new procedures and protocols have been implemented:

  • Please reschedule your appointment if:

    • if you are experiencing cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat​

    • If you or anyone in your household has traveled outside canada in the past 14 days

    • if you or anyone in your household has been in unprotected close contact with someone who is ill, is being investigated for or has covid-19

    • there will be no penalty to reschedule your appointment

  • For your appointment:

    • You are required to wear a mask when you enter the facility (if you don't have one we can supply one)​

    • Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment, stay in your vehicle until you receive a message via email/text or call stating we are ready for your appointment (the message will be sent via the same route you receive your appointment reminder)

    • Please bring only the necessities (wallet, phone) to your appointment

    • Only client to attend appointment, no family members or friends (unless previously arranged for 2 clients in same bubble to come together)

    • Cash payment is not currently accepted

  • Steps we have taken on our end to protect our clients

    • longer appointment times to allow for increased cleaning between appointments​

    • daily staff covid assessment

    • no penalty for appointment reschedule due to illness

    • no drop ins for product, pick up time must be arranged

    • increased PPE during appointments
